For decades, potential buyers could admire and test drive the whole range of VW and Audi cars at the D’Ieteren Contact center. But the ever growing model range of both brands necessitated the construction of a proper, brand new Audi Contact Center.
The long, sweeping 'Audi Curve" provades a dramatic backdrop for the showroom...
The Audi architects had a go, and dynamic, asymmetric shapes and utter transparency are the hallmarks of the architectural Audi design language. Combined with modern austerity, the building also pays tribute to Audi’s sporting heritage, and a long, so-called “Audi-Curve” sweeps along the back of the showroom. This curve forms a magnificent backdrop for the cars on display, and gives the showroom an airy grandeur so typical for the make.

The digital age made of course also its entry into the Audi showrroms, with an “Audi-tv corner”, and last but not least an “Audi Car Configurator Corner”.

Clients can see - and drive - the whole Audi model range at the Contact Center...
The new Audi Contact Center will have different functions. It will be a meeting place for everyone with a passon for technology and design, but it is also a commercial training centre and the ideal setting for numerous manifestations and venues.
Audi Import – a new philosophy
The building houses also the brand new offices of Audi Import. The office architecture and desk areas are open and transparent, with a “free seating” layout which enhances communication and interaction between staff and their different departments. The principles of “clean desk” and “paperless office” are of course adopted here.
A ‘green’ building
Needless to say that the new building is also (very) energy efficient. The window area has been restricted to prevent (over)heating of the building, not an easy task for a building which houses a showroom, automatic solar protection louvers are installed and the isolation has been further improved.

A well-staffed information desk is available to you for you at the contact center.
The Audi Contact amply center exceeds the environmental requirements set by the Flemish region: its heating efficiency exceeds the norms by some 50 pct, in cooling it is still 43 pct above the norm.
The contact center is now open for visit, and is located at Leuvensesteenweg nr. 639 at Kortenberg. So do not wait any longer to see some beautiful architecture and have that fascinating test drive…
