A select public gathered on April 24^th at the Cercle Royal Gaulois in Brussels to witness the introduction of the elegant Lancia Delta, and indeed, the car was truly the star of the evening. It styling is truly very pleasing , and embodies the unique Lancia styling tradition in an unsurpassed manner. It is heartwarming to see that the noble Turinese marque is continuing its efforts to stay in the forefront of styling and engineering excellence with its models, and the new Delta proves a case in point.

The event was held under the protection of his excellency Sandra Maria Siggia, the Italian ambassador in België en in presence of Mr. Olivier François, CEO of Lancia Automobiles.

Mr. Olivier François, CEO Lancia Automobiles, explained to the select public of some 200 people, stemming from business, financial and media circles: « The Delta is a historic name which recalls legendary moments in the Lancia History. Delta stands for an arithmetic symbol wich refers to change, difference and evolution. The Delta is the first and true incarnation of the Lancia Philosopy ».

With its esthetical and technological qualities and the significant further development of the car, this Delta embodies the turning point of the marque and is nothing less than a cornerstone of a very promising strategic plan.

We hardly can wait to get further acquainted with the car. But we still have to wait a while : the official launch of the Delta in Belgium and Luxembourg is planned in the beginning of September…
